Jamal Hamza is assistant managing attorney of the LOSK Riyadh office where he also heads our Saudi litigation practice.

Hussam has significant litigation experience across a wide range of sectors, including advising and representing Saudi and foreign clients before the Saudi courts in connection with commercial, banking, intellectual property and construction disputes involving both the public and private sector. Hussam also has considerable insolvency law experience having acted on behalf of clients in bankruptcy, liquidation and winding up proceedings. In addition, Hussam advises Saudi and foreign clients in connection with joint ventures, as well as agency, distributorship and franchise agreements.
