Marcus Stefan Latta is senior attorney in our Riyadh office and head of our regulatory group.  He has been living in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2003 and joined LOSK in 2007. Mr Latta has plenty of experience working in challenging legal environments.  Marcus has been advising international, Saudi and GCC clients on a wide range of transactions, regulatory and compliance matters, joint ventures as well as foreign direct investments.

Clients confirm that Marcus’ combination of a unique understanding concerning their business requirements and his knowledge about the administrative practice in KSA is a cut above the rest.

Representative engagements:

  • Relationship attorney and first point of contact advising several global corporations on their legal structure and operation in KSA, including Lufthansa, Boehringer Ingelheim, Suez, Bristol-Myers Squibb;
  • LOSK team leader on advising BAE System on a multimillion dollar project in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the Saudi Royal Air Force;
  • Providing support to a leading law firm concerning the spin-off of Saudi Ground Services Company.
